30-day guarantee. If your tea arrives damaged, spoiled, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
Changed your mind? Unopened packages in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was defective.
